The role focuses on operational excellence, incident response, governance, and continuous improvement of network and security services supporting critical business platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and support enterprise network and security infrastructure.
- Lead incident response and troubleshooting activities.
- Participate in change, release, and problem management processes.
- Ensure operational compliance with security standards and governance requirements.
- Support network connectivity services and platform integrations.
- Manage DNS and certificate lifecycle processes.
- Develop and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and procedures.
- Collaborate with platform and infrastructure teams to improve service reliability.
- Minimum 5 years of experience operating enterprise networks in production environments.
- Strong experience with:
- Cisco
- Juniper
- Palo Alto Networks
- Hands-on experience with:
- Cisco ACI
- Apstra
- Panorama
- Strong understanding of:
- WAN/LAN networking
- Routing and switching
- Firewalls
- Network security operations
- Experience with:
- Infoblox DNS
- Certificate management
- Experience with ITSM tools:
- Jira Service Management
- Jira

- Knowledge of monitoring and observability solutions.
- Understanding of SRE concepts and operational governance.
