Mobile QA Automation Engineer

🌍 Location & Schedule

• 💼 Full-time / Permanent/ Contractor (B2B)

• 🌎 Regions: Eastern Europe & Latin America
• ⌚ 7h of work/day
• 🌴 20 days/year PTO, National Holidays, 3 sick days
• ⏰ Working Hours: 1 PM - 9 PM CET

We’re looking for a Mobile QA Automation Engineer who enjoys building reliable automation solutions and improving mobile product quality across both iOS and Android platforms.

You’ll work closely with engineers, product managers, and QA teammates to help deliver stable, scalable, and high-quality mobile applications through modern automation practices.

🚀 What You’ll Do

✅ Build and maintain automated test frameworks for mobile apps

✅ Create automated test coverage for:

• End-to-end testing

• Regression testing

• Smoke testing

✅ Test mobile applications across both:

• iOS

• Android

✅ Run tests on real devices using platforms like BrowserStack

✅ Investigate issues, analyze failures, and help improve automation reliability

✅ Contribute to CI/CD testing pipelines

✅ Support API testing and automation efforts

✅ Collaborate with developers to identify and solve defects early

✅ Help improve testing processes, tooling, and QA best practices

✔ Strong experience in Mobile QA Automation

✔ Experience testing both native and hybrid mobile applications

✔ Good understanding of automation framework design

✔ Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

✔ Attention to detail and quality mindset

✔ Comfortable working in Agile teams

✔ Ability to work independently in a remote environment

✔ Strong communication and collaboration skills
