Senior Marketing Manager
B2B SaaS + Consultancy | Built Environment
Remote | 6-month contract initially, with the opportunity to become permanent | Up to £50k
Neuron is building technology for the property and built environment sector.
Today, developers, architects and engineers make major project decisions using slow, fragmented and often incomplete information.
Neuron helps bring better engineering insight into projects earlier, combining software and engineering expertise to support faster decisions, clearer coordination and better project outcomes.
We currently operate across the UK and Australia and are expanding, with:
- A growing engineering consultancy
- A SaaS platform scaling alongside it
- A connected model across services, software and customer growth
This role sits across both sides of the business.
We’re looking for a senior, hands-on Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing at Neuron.
This is a role for someone who can think strategically, but still wants to be on the tools.
You’ll help shape how Neuron shows up in the market: our positioning, brand presence, campaigns, content, PR, events, sales collateral and launch activity.
You’ll work directly with the founders to:
- Build brand and market presence
- Support sales with clear collateral, case studies and campaign assets
- Plan and deliver campaigns across key markets
- Support PR, media, events and sponsorship opportunities
- Turn product progress, customer feedback and project outcomes into useful marketing
- Help test which marketing channels can support future scale

This is not a role for someone who only wants to manage agencies or brief other people.
You’ll own the work and execute it.
- Developing clear messaging, positioning and campaign ideas
- Creating sales collateral, pitch materials, case studies, landing pages and email content
- Planning and running campaigns across LinkedIn, email, paid and other key channels
- Managing website updates and campaign pages
- Supporting PR, media opportunities, events and sponsorship activity
- Working with designers, developers and external partners to get assets live quickly
- Supporting founder-led sales with follow-up content, nurture journeys and useful proof points
- Tracking campaign and channel performance
- Using AI tools to move faster and improve output
You’re probably a senior B2B marketer who wants more ownership and impact.
You’re comfortable working independently, making decisions and getting things done without a large team around you.

- 5+ years in B2B, SaaS, consultancy, property, technology or growth marketing roles
- Proven experience creating brand, campaign and sales collateral
- Strong content, copywriting and communication skills
- Experience supporting PR, events, partnerships or sponsorship activity
- Experience with website updates, landing pages and digital campaigns
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics and performance tracking
- Comfortable using common marketing tools, CMS platforms, CRM/email tools, Figma and AI tools
- Excellent project management skills
- Able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities at once
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-moving environment
- Able to work directly with founders and senior stakeholders
- You’ll own marketing across both services and product
- You’ll work directly with the founders
- You’ll shape how Neuron is positioned in the market
- You’ll support launches across the UK, US, Australia and new markets
- You’ll join at an important stage as the business builds its brand, sales engine and market presence
