Key Responsibilities
Deliver hands-on technical support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripherals and office technology
Support collaboration tools, video conferencing platforms and AV equipment
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including device provisioning, account setup and access management
Provide remote support to users across multiple regions and business units
Support Microsoft 365 environments, including Teams and SharePoint
Assist with infrastructure upgrades, security initiatives and technology rollouts
Manage incidents and service requests through an ITSM platform while meeting service level targets
Contribute to process improvements, documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Act as a trusted technology partner for both technical and non-technical stakeholders

IT Support Engineer (North America) | Remote (East Coast Time Zone)


We're partnering with a growing international professional services organisation to hire an IT Support Engineer to join their Enterprise Technology team.


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on user support, modern workplace technologies, and involvement in wider infrastructure and technology projects. You'll play a key role supporting employees across North America while collaborating with global technology teams on strategic initiative


The Role

  • Deliver hands-on technical support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripherals and office technology
  • Support collaboration tools, video conferencing platforms and AV equipment
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including device provisioning, account setup and access management
  • Provide remote support to users across multiple regions and business units
  • Support Microsoft 365 environments, including Teams and SharePoint
  • Assist with infrastructure upgrades, security initiatives and technology rollouts

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years' experience in a hands-on IT Support, Desktop Support or End User Computing role
  • Strong experience supporting Windows 10/11 and macOS environments
  • Microsoft 365 administration experience
  • Experience with Azure AD / Microsoft Entra, including user management, permissions and MFA
  • Good understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
  • Experience supporting laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers and AV equipment
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach


Desirable Experience

  • CompTIA A+
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • ServiceNow administration experience
  • Jira administration experience
