Senior Full Stack AI Engineer | Fully Remote

For our international consulting client, we are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join an Innovation & Emerging Engineering team focused on developing next-generation agentic AI systems.

This is an opportunity to work hands-on with modern AI technologies including LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and multi-agent workflows while delivering production-grade AI solutions across multiple business domains.

You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable AI applications that address real-world business challenges. The role combines software engineering best practices with cutting-edge AI capabilities, requiring a strong focus on solution quality, performance, and maintainability.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build agentic AI workflows and retrieval systems
• Develop AI-powered features using modern LLM frameworks
• Integrate LLMs into real-world applications and APIs
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines and vector search solutions
• Design evaluation, monitoring, and observability frameworks for AI systems

• Collaborate closely with architects, tech leads, and product teams in agile delivery pods
• Write clean, scalable, and well-tested Python code
• Maintain and extend integration layers connecting AI services with customer-facing applications
• Ensure reliability and compatibility across frontend, backend, and AI platform components

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Python engineering
• Hands-on experience with:
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Agentic workflows
• Vector databases
• Experience with LangChain and LangGraph
• Experience with Node.js and React, including maintaining and extending integrations between frontend applications and Python backend services
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
