Senior Project Manager

MCS Group is proud to be partnering with an innovative software company operating within a regulated environment to recruit a Senior Project Manager.

This is a high-impact position responsible for leading the delivery of multiple concurrent software projects, customer implementations and strategic product initiatives. You'll work closely with Engineering, Product, QA and commercial stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully while continuously improving delivery processes and operational

effectiveness.

(Fully Remote - Ireland/EU)

What you'll be doing...

• Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple software projects and customer implementations
• Translate strategic objectives into clear project plans, milestones and deliverables
• Drive Agile delivery practices and project governance
• Manage project risks, dependencies and resource planning
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, QA and Operations
• Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Provide regular project reporting, delivery updates and risk assessments to leadership
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery and operational processes

• Ensure appropriate documentation, handover processes and operational readiness are maintained
• Contribute to customer-facing project planning, scoping and delivery activities

What you'll need...

• 5+ years' experience managing software projects within technology-focused environments
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• Experience working closely with software engineering teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced and evolving environments
• Able to bring structure, visibility and accountability to complex projects

Nice to have...

• Experience within Healthcare, HealthTech, Medical Device or other regulated industries
• Exposure to compliance or quality frameworks
• Experience delivering customer-facing software implementation projects
