We are looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about building great products and driving execution across teams.
At Nixope, you will work closely with founders, designers, developers, and marketing to help transform ideas into shipped features. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving environments, coordinating teams, solving problems, and ensuring projects move forward efficiently.
The Product Manager will play a key role in helping us scale Quillki and future products by improving planning, communication, delivery, and product quality.
Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize product initiatives.
- Translate requirements into clear tasks and deliverables.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
- Coordinate execution across design, development, QA, and marketing.
- Track progress and proactively remove blockers.
- Define and validate feature acceptance criteria.
- Participate in product testing and release validation.
- Ensure features meet requirements before release.
- Improve team communication and visibility.
- Continuously improve product and delivery processes.

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, Delivery Management, or a similar role.
- Experience working with software development teams.

- Experience using tools such as Linear, Jira, Notion, ClickUp, or similar.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
