Job Description
Company Description IntralogisKIT provides modular, WMS-lite warehouse software that helps small and growing warehouses standardize operations without complex enterprise projects. The platform offers step-by-step workflows for receiving, picking, packing, and inventory, and allows teams to roll out kits progressively, starting with one area and expanding over time. IntralogisKIT serves SME warehouses, e-commerce and spare parts operations, distributors, and light manufacturing businesses that need better accuracy and speed without heavy IT. Customers benefit from faster picking, fewer errors, real-time stock visibility, and smoother onboarding for new staff. The company is in discovery and validation mode and is focused on building smarter warehouse operations, one kit at a time.
Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Data Warehouse Administrator at IntralogisKIT. The Data Warehouse Administrator will design, implement, and maintain data warehouse structures that support reporting, analytics, and product features. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing database performance, monitoring data integrity, and optimizing queries and storage. The role involves designing and maintaining data models, configuring and supporting ETL pipelines, and ensuring reliable data flows between operational systems and the data warehouse. The Data Warehouse Administrator will collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to understand data requirements, implement best practices for security and backups, and document data structures, processes, and standards.

- Familiarity with modern data platforms (e.g., cloud data warehouses, containerized deployments, or orchestration tools) is beneficial.
- Ability to document data architectures, schemas, and processes clearly for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with software engineering, analytics, or product teams in an agile or iterative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
