Job Description
3D Generalist Artist - Mobile Games
Dasi Games is looking for a 3D Generalist Artist to join our team.
We are a small game studio based in Tbilisi, creating mobile and web games that have reached millions of players around the world. Over the years, we have worked across a wide range of projects and visual directions, including several successful titles. We want to keep building on that experience and making better games with a small team of people who care about the work.

The Role
We are looking for an artist whose work comes to life inside games.
The role can cover the full process from reference or concept through modeling, texturing, optimization, and final implementation in Unity. Depending on the project, the work may include environments, props, buildings, characters, vehicles, gameplay objects, materials, lighting, and other areas of visual production. The exact mix can change from one project to another and can also grow around the strengths and interests you bring to the team.
Our visual direction generally leans toward realistic and semi-realistic art, adapted for mobile games through clear forms, strong readability, thoughtful optimization, and practical production choices.

- A portfolio centred around game-ready, real-time 3D work.
- Hands-on experience working in Unity and taking assets through final in-game implementation.
- Strong understanding of modeling, topology, UVs, texturing, materials, and asset preparation.
- Practical knowledge of mobile optimization, including polygon counts, textures, materials, draw calls, LODs, and memory usage.
- The ability to work across different types of assets and visual tasks.
- A good understanding of how camera, lighting, scale, composition, readability, and gameplay influence the final result.
- A thoughtful and independent approach to work, together with clear communication and collaboration.
Knowledge of animation, rigging, shaders, VFX, lighting, or technical art is welcome, although expertise across every area is not expected.

You Might Enjoy Working With Us If
- You enjoy being involved in the full journey of an asset, from early ideas to how it finally looks and works in the game.
- You like having room to explore solutions, make decisions, and contribute ideas while staying closely connected with the rest of the team.
- You value direct and open communication, thoughtful feedback, and shared responsibility for the result.
- We try to keep our teams and processes simple. People are trusted with meaningful ownership of their work, while no one is expected to solve everything alone. Ideas and feedback can come from anyone, and we care more about finding the right solution than about whose idea it was.
- We also use AI-assisted tools where they can support exploration, iteration, or production. We value curiosity and a thoughtful, practical approach to new technology, together with strong artistic judgment and responsibility for the final work.
