As a Senior Frontend Software Engineer in the Online Payments Tribe, you’ll be part of the product team building a flagship product of the Online Payments tribe - Payment Links, which enables our merchants worldwide to accept payments online with just a few clicks in their smartphones.
You will be
implementing solutions that help merchants around the globe to facilitate their payments online easily
working with your peers & colleagues, product managers, designers, and engineering managers to understand the challenge, design a solution, and deliver it
a crucial part of feature discovery early on: participating in merchant interviews and contributing with your ideas to the solution-finding process
working closely with Android guild on setting up and implementing best engineering practices for Android across the company
You have
5+ years experience in front-end engineering
an ability to understand a bigger problem, design a solution, chunk it into workable items, and deliver the solution
fluent English language skills, both spoken and written and the ability to articulate complex topics (great communication skills)
a mature business-focused approach to engineering
a passion for clean, maintainable, and testable code
clear understanding of what to test, why to test it, and how to write good tests
You would be great for this role if you have experience
have full-stack experience, ideally with Golang as a backend language
basic experience with AWS infrastructure
domain knowledge in the field of online payments
