🎯 The Role

We are seeking an experienced Security Compliance Manager to lead our compliance, governance, and risk management initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, oversee security audits, and implement compliance frameworks that strengthen organizational security posture and operational integrity.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the security compliance and governance team

• Develop, implement, and maintain security compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks

• Ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, GDPR, and other applicable frameworks

• Conduct internal and external security audits, assessments, and gap analyses

• Manage risk assessment processes and oversee mitigation strategies

• Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, legal, and operations teams to ensure compliance across systems and processes

• Maintain documentation for compliance programs, controls, and audit evidence

• Monitor regulatory changes and update compliance practices accordingly

• Support incident response and security investigations from a compliance perspective

• Prepare reports and presentations for executive leadership and audit stakeholders

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Information Technology, Law, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

• 5+ years of experience in information security, compliance, risk management, or related roles

• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role preferred

• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, GDPR, and CIS Controls

• Experience with audit processes, risk assessments, and governance frameworks

• Familiarity with security tools, controls, and compliance monitoring systems

• Professional certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CISA, CRISC, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer are highly desirable

• Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
