🎯 The Role

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Research Manager to lead research initiatives and oversee the design, execution, and delivery of qualitative and quantitative studies. The ideal candidate will manage research projects, analyze complex data, and provide strategic insights that inform business decisions and long-term planning.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of research analysts and associates

• Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies

• Develop research frameworks, methodologies, and data collection strategies

• Analyze market, customer, industry, and competitor data to generate insights

• Prepare detailed research reports, dashboards, and executive presentations

• Collaborate with leadership, product, marketing, and strategy teams to support decision-making

• Conduct surveys, interviews, focus groups, and secondary research analysis

• Ensure accuracy, validity, and reliability of research findings

• Manage research timelines, budgets, and external vendors when required

• Translate research findings into actionable business recommendations

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Psychology, Data Science, or a related field preferred

• 5+ years of experience in research, market intelligence, business analysis, or related roles

• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role preferred

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data

• Experience with research methodologies, statistical analysis, and data interpretation

• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SPSS, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms

• Strong report writing, presentation, and communication skills

• Experience managing research projects from design to delivery

• Ability to translate insights into strategic business recommendations

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
