We are looking for an experienced Global Payroll Lead to join our international operations team and support payroll activities across multiple European countries.


This is a fully remote opportunity for a payroll professional who thrives in international environments and enjoys working with cross-border processes, external providers, and global stakeholders.


You will play a key role in ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across a diverse multi-country payroll landscape.


What You Will Do

Multi-Country Payroll Operations

  • Coordinate and support payroll activities across multiple European countries.
  • Ensure payroll processes are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with local regulations.
  • Review payroll outputs and support payroll quality assurance activities.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

✔ 5+ years of payroll experience within international or multi-country environments

✔ Strong understanding of European payroll operations and compliance requirements

✔ Experience working with payroll vendors, payroll bureaus, or external providers

✔ Good understanding of payroll systems and payroll administration processes

✔ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

✔ Fluent English
