We are seeking a Principal Frontend Engineer to join our client's dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. This role offers a unique opportunity to elevate your technical and leadership skills while driving impactful projects.

In this role, you'll spearhead the development and implementation of frontend solutions using React.js, architecting and managing systems to boost the application's modularity and scalability. You'll also leverage AWS services to ensure our front-end solutions are not only scalable but also reliable and efficient.

You will work closely with product teams to design and develop new features that address user needs and align with business goals. Additionally, you'll provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, cultivating a culture of growth and innovation. Your contributions to the design process will ensure our solutions are both functional and visually compelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, from design phase through to the implementation phase of front-end solutions.
• Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, from conception through to implementation.
• Mentor and support junior team members with code review and task management.
• Contribute to the development strategy of the overall organization and be involved in the decision-making process.

Requirements:

• Over 8 years of experience as a Senior Front-End Developer.
• Extensive expertise in frontend technologies, ReactJS, VueJS or Angular.
• Proven track record of end-to-end solution delivery, including design
• Candidate must currently be located in Ireland and hold an EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: €80,000 - €90,000 DOE
