This is not a build-from-scratch role. It’s an ownership role. You’ll be the person who keeps sites secure, forms delivering, and clients happy — during US business hours, when it matters most.

You’ll own:

• Site security, uptime, and WordPress maintenance across 100+ client websites

• Contact form deliverability — making sure every client lead gets through

• Urgent issue response during US business hours

• Technical QA before every new website goes live

• WordPress architecture standards across our entire client portfolio

You might be a great fit if you:

• Have 4–7 years of professional WordPress experience

• Are proficient in HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript

• Have managed hosting, DNS, SMTP, and server configuration

• Thrive in a fast-moving agency environment where priorities shift

• Take pride in catching problems before anyone else notices them

Total Year 1 compensation $76,500–$86,000+. 100% remote.
