Are you an experienced Power Systems professional with hands-on Energy Management Systems (EMS) and Market Management Systems (MMS) experience?
We are seeking a Energy management System Engineer to support critical market applications that enable reliable and efficient operation of the electric grid.
🎓 Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience
• Strong understanding of power systems, energy markets, and market operations.

✅ Strong EMS (Energy Management System) experience – Mandatory
✅ Solid Power Systems background
✅ Experience supporting or working with Market Management Systems (MMS)

✅ Strong SQL/database skills
✅ Basic scripting knowledge for troubleshooting and automation

• Support and troubleshoot Market Management System (MMS) applications
• Analyze, test, validate, and implement system enhancements
• Support market application upgrades, failovers, and disaster recovery activities
• Coordinate testing and application setup with market participants
• Perform system analysis and issue resolution in production environments
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, infrastructure, and stakeholder teams
• Participate in 24x7 on-call support rotation
🚫 Important: This is NOT a software developer role. Candidates must have hands-on Power Systems and EMS/MMS domain experience. Pure IT or software development backgrounds without power systems expertise will not be considered.
