Digital Marketing Manager - Paid Ads Specialist

We’re looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in paid ads to join our remote team within the UK. 

Telleroo is a fast-growing fintech startup that sends billions of pounds a year for some of the top companies in the UK.

We’re a fully-remote team of just over 30 people. We’re passionate about payments and keeping things simple for our users. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do.

You’ll be joining at an exciting time, we’re growing rapidly and there’s a lot to do. You’ll be instrumental in accelerating the growth of Telleroo.

What you’ll be doing

• Increasing Telleroo’s visibility and acquisition across digital channels
• Owning Telleroo’s paid ads accounts (including Search, Performance Max, and Social Media ads), with a focus on maximising conversions whilst controlling spend
• Ensuring an excellent landing page experience for leads
• Optimising the Telleroo website for performance

• Supporting the marketing team with lead gen activities and pitching in where needed on customer comms

About you

• At least 4 years of experience in paid ads
• Passionate about PPC, but you have good all-round marketing experience
• Technical SEO experience (AEO experience a plus!)
• A can-do attitude and desire to pitch in and learn new skills
• An excellent writer with a solid understanding of SEO principles and email marketing best practices
• Thrives in a varied, fast-paced environment
• You’re a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility for your initiatives 
• Organised and able to prioritise workload
• A motivated and enthusiastic team player
• Quality-driven with strong attention to detail and an eye for design
