Position Title – Information Technology Project Manager

Hourly Pay Rate (w2 Role) - USD 52/hr

Contract End Date - 12/31/2026

100% Remote Position

Overview:

This is a remote contract-to-hire opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise-level, cross-functional initiatives. Candidates must be located in Eastern or Central time zones and available during standard business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST).

• Highly organized with strong planning, prioritization, and value-driven execution

• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority

• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including handling difficult conversations

• Expertise in managing scope, schedule, and cost

• Ownership mindset with strong collaboration skills

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot is a plus

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

• 4–6 years of project management experience managing medium to high complexity projects

Key Skills:

• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Deep understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)

• Strong negotiation, facilitation, and leadership skills

• PMP certification preferred but not required

• Ability to mentor and coach team members

Responsibilities:

• Lead 3–6 projects through full lifecycle (initiation to closure)

• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks

• Create and maintain project documentation (plans, RAID logs, reports, etc.)

• Identify and mitigate risks and issues

• Collaborate with business, technical, and vendor stakeholders

• Lead governance meetings and executive updates

• Ensure compliance with PMO standards and reporting

• Manage resources and project dependencies

• Drive continuous improvement within PMO

• Track and communicate project value and outcomes
