Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete device lifecycle including provisioning, deployment, maintenance, replacement, and retirement
Maintain asset inventory, endpoint management systems, and security controls
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Manage account provisioning, access requests, and identity governance activities
Provide IT support to a globally distributed workforce while meeting service-level expectations
Develop and maintain IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and self-service resources
Administer endpoint security platforms and support security monitoring activities
Assist with audits, compliance initiatives, and security reviews
Manage integrations between business applications and troubleshoot technical issues
Support phishing simulations, security awareness programs, and user training initiatives
Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency improvements
Participate in incident response, business continuity planning, and operational readiness exercises
Track IT performance metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement

✅ What We Need (Non-Negotiable):

• 5+ years of experience in IT Support, IT Operations, or Systems Administration

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with device management platforms such as:

- Rippling (Preferred)
- Jamf
- Microsoft Intune
- Similar Endpoint Management Solutions

• 3+ years of Google Workspace Administration experience

• 2+ years of experience with Endpoint Security Solutions such as:

- SentinelOne
- CrowdStrike
- Similar Security Platforms

• Strong expertise in:

- User Lifecycle Management
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Account Provisioning & Deprovisioning
- Asset Management

• Experience working with:

- Jira Service Desk
- IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Advanced Ticketing Workflows

• Strong understanding of:

- Endpoint Security
- Compliance Controls
- Security Monitoring
- Access Governance

• Proven ability to lead IT initiatives and drive process improvements

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience training and supporting non-technical users

• Excellent organizational and project management skills

• Experience working in startup or high-growth technology environments

• Upper-Intermediate or Fluent English Communication Skills
