Python Developer in PAKISTAN

A fully Remote and Flexible role for good Python Developers with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Complete the task in a professional manner and within the deadline. The employee is to write clean code without any supervision and/or testing to be done by SQA as all ownership of the work is to be of the employee. Specific tasks would have to be completed with specific instructions at flexible hours.

The candidate should have prior experience working with SAAS/CRM companies and should be proactive in their approach towards working with international markets. This is a contract-based job, not a 1-time task, and the right resource would have to be good at communication (verbal & written) & documentation in English.

As the main developer, you are to

• Design, implement, and optimize back-end components and ensure seamless integration with front-end elements
• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code.
• Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance.
• Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
• Implement security and data protection measures.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues, performing root cause analysis and providing solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the continuous improvement of our solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of professional experience as a Python Developer.
• Proficiency in Python programming and experience with at least one Python web framework (e.g., Django, Flask).
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and ability to collaborate with front-end developers.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines).
• Familiarity with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Contributions to open-source projects or active involvement in the Python community.
• Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.
