About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Frontend Developer to join our remote team on a full-time basis. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade web applications that are scalable, secure, and performant. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of frontend development, particularly with React and TypeScript, and will work closely with backend teams, including .NET and Azure, to deliver seamless user experiences. This position requires a developer who is not only technically proficient but also collaborative, capable of mentoring junior team members, and actively participating in Agile development cycles. You will be responsible for ensuring our web applications perform optimally across various devices and browsers, supporting legacy system modernization, and staying current with evolving front-end technologies to drive innovation within our platform.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of hands-on experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React and TypeScript. You should demonstrate expertise in responsive CSS design, frontend architecture patterns, and integrating React applications with backend APIs, especially within .NET environments. Experience working with Azure-hosted applications, including App Services and APIs, is essential. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders and offshore teams. Familiarity with web security best practices, testing frameworks, and deployment processes is required. While not mandatory, experience with C#/.NET, SQL or Cosmos DB, and cloud services will be considered advantageous.

• Design, develop, and document enterprise-grade React applications using TypeScript, ensuring code quality and maintainability.

• Work with UI/UX designers to ensure design feasibility, consistency, and adherence to branding guidelines.

• Diagnose and resolve complex production issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing sustainable solutions.
• Support and modernize existing legacy web applications to improve performance and maintainability.
