About The Role
The Human Resources Generalist at Crafco, Inc. is a fully remote position based in Las Vegas, NV, designed to support the organization’s HR and Organizational Development initiatives across the Northwestern United States. This role is integral to coordinating talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and succession planning. The HR Generalist will serve as a key liaison between management, employees, and external vendors, ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions and fostering a positive organizational culture. The role requires travel up to 20% to various business facilities and participation in local job fairs and industry events. The ideal candidate will possess strong HRIS experience, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, all while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Communication, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Talent Development, or related fields
- Minimum of 3+ years experience with HRIS administration, preferably SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience in contract negotiation and vendor management
- Event planning experience (preferred)
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local commuting
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Knowledge of Organizational Development, Human Resources, and People Operations concepts
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with high attention to detail

- Assist with project management, note-taking, and participation in meetings as needed
- Support culture and change management initiatives to foster a positive work environment
- Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and awareness of global HR practices in all functions
