What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Analyze, deploy, integrate, and monitor security tools, connecting various data sources into our Huntress SIEM

• Review security configurations to identify and address gaps in compliance with standards like CIS Benchmark
• Monitor security dashboards and incidents, participating in tabletop exercises to enhance detection and response
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure security monitoring is integrated throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Write and maintain scripts to automate routine security checks across various security functions
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• BS/BA degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Security, or a related technical field
• 2-4 years of experience in security, IT, or a related technical role, including internships and academic work
• Familiarity with SOC2, HITRUST, or HIPAA compliance standards
• Experience with security or IT tools such as AWS, M365 Entra/Purview, and Huntress
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write security ticket resolutions and reports

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
