Mango Media is a performance-focused content production agency. We help brands scale their paid socials beyond €1M/mo with creatives that actually convert. We focus on ads for Meta, TikTok and other paid social platforms for brands that measure success in CPA and ROAS, not just impressions. We are small but ambitious, and we are building the operational backbone that lets a small team punch above its weight.

About this role

You will design static ad creatives that convert. That means concepting around hooks, building variations for testing, and shipping volume without losing quality. You will work closely with our strategists, video editors and account team to translate briefs into scroll-stopping designs that respect brand guidelines and platform requirements.

• Static ad design. Build full creative sets for Meta and TikTok: feed, story and reel formats. Concept-led, variation-friendly.
• Iteration on winners. Take the creatives that perform and produce smart variations. Test angles, hooks, layouts and CTAs.
• Brand work inside performance constraints. Keep brand identity intact while designing for clicks, saves and conversions.
• Asset prep. Deliver clean, organised files in the formats the team and clients expect.

• Collaboration. Work directly with strategists and editors. Be open to feedback rounds and quick turnarounds.

What we are looking for

• Two or more years of design experience, with a portfolio that shows paid social work, not just brand or print.
• Strong grasp of what makes a static ad perform: hierarchy, hook strength, message clarity, thumb-stopping visuals.
• Comfortable with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Understands platform specs and best practices for Meta, TikTok and Instagram.
• Reliable under deadline. Can ship multiple concepts in a day when needed.
• English fluent. Bonus if you also speak Dutch or German.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with reading ad performance data and applying it to design choices.
• Experience working with DTC, ecommerce or app brands.

The setup

• Freelance contract, paid per hour
• Fully remote. Overlap with European working hours.
• Long-term collaboration if the work clicks.
