Key purpose of the role:

This fully remote role is UK based and is solely focused on the development of Proceive within the UK market. Proceive was launched in the UK in 2017 and has since grown quickly via listings within some of the major retailers, Holland & Barrett, Boots, Amazon. Proceive is a challenger brand with the best quality product within category, we need an ambitious and energetic person to help us on our mission to become the number one supplement for fertility and pregnancy in the UK. 


What you’ll be doing:

·        Drive growth strategy to increase sales, distribution and brand awareness in the UK market

·        Manage the major UK retailers and ensure the brand meets its growth objective

·        Drive relevant stakeholder engagement and decision-making in fertility clinics

. Implement demand creation product plans with key fertility clinics.

·        Develop and implement pharmacy channel, customer, and annual trading plans

·        Effectively track performance, including NPD launches and promotions

·        Discover growth opportunities within the market by expanding the account base and listings

·        Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure maximum ROI 

·        Own the P&L and trade budgets in the UK

·        Deliver cost price increases were required to maintain portfolio profitability

·        Work with the operations and supply chain team to develop and execute optimal supply chain strategy

·        Work towards developing and leading a UK based sales team

The skills & experience you’ll need

·        Proven track record managing Boots or Holland & Barrett in the UK

·        5+ years of experience within a similar role

·        Strong understanding of the key financial measures that drive effective performance,

including ROI calculations, promotional evaluation and profitability

·        Ability to assess external factors and industry trends that may affect business

·        Effective management of multiple deadlines and priorities

·        Understanding of the VMS Category is an advantage

·        Experience in the fertility clinic sector would be an advantage

·        Must be proactive, motivated and a self-starter, with an entrepreneurial mindset

·        Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

. Solution oriented

·        Strong networking skills

·        Proficiency in the use of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

. Full, clean driving license
