Monthly Salary: up to P100,000


This is a full-time remote position with standard hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Sydney, Australia Time


Job Overview:

We’re a digital marketing agency specialising in healthcare. We run paid search for dental and medical practices across Australia, and our work is local lead generation – driving phone calls and form enquiries for individual clinics, not e-commerce or ROAS-led campaigns.

We’re looking for a senior, self-sufficient Google Ads operator to raise the standard of our paid search execution as our client base grows. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be trusted to run your accounts independently from day one, bring a high technical standard to how campaigns are built and optimised, and consistently deliver strong results without hand-holding. It is not a role you ramp into – we need someone who already knows local service-area lead gen cold.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage and optimise Google Ads Search campaigns for dental and medical clients, end to end, in Google Ads Editor and the platform UI.
  • Own performance against client KPIs – cost per lead, call and form conversions, lead quality – and make the bid, budget, targeting and creative calls to hit them.
  • Set up and validate conversion and call tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, call tracking) so every lead is measured correctly.
  • Run keyword research, search-term mining, negative-keyword management and match-type discipline tailored to local lead gen.
  • Plan and run A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages and structure, and translate results into action.
  • Keep advertising compliant with AHPRA’s rules for regulated healthcare advertising across keywords, copy and landing pages.
  • Produce clear monthly performance reporting and work closely with our Client Success team to frame results, wins and next steps for clients.
  • Raise the technical bar: bring process improvements and share best practice with the team, and be a go-to authority on Google Ads execution.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience, agency-based, with a track record of managing multiple client accounts at once.
  • Demonstrable experience in local / service-area lead generation (calls and form submissions) – not primarily e-commerce, Shopping or PMax/ROAS work.
  • Google Ads certification (current).
  • Hands-on fluency in Google Ads Editor – you can build a full account from scratch, not just talk about it.
  • Strong conversion and call-tracking competence: GA4, Google Tag Manager, and measuring website calls, ad calls and form submissions.
  • Sharp analytical skills and genuine attention to detail (match types, geo-targeting, budgets and currency all correct, first time).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English – your reporting should be client-ready with minimal editing.
  • Able to work independently and own outcomes in a remote, fast-paced environment.
