Razab Inc. is a fast-growing Amazon-focused brand managing competitive product portfolios at scale. We're hiring a Mid-Level PPC Manager who thinks in profit margins, not just ad metrics — someone who can look at a campaign, understand why it's underperforming, and fix it before being asked.

What you'll do
- Build, manage, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns across multiple ASINs and marketplaces
- Analyze performance data daily and make bid, budget, and targeting adjustments to improve TACoS and profitability
- Conduct keyword research, search term analysis, and competitive audits to find growth opportunities
- Structure campaigns strategically — match types, negative keywords, portfolio architecture — not just set-and-forget
- Monitor listing quality, conversion rates, and pricing to understand their impact on PPC performance
- Prepare clear, insight-driven weekly reports that explain what changed, why, and what's next
- Collaborate with the content and design team to improve listing quality where PPC data reveals conversion gaps
- Manage ad budgets responsibly with a P&L mindset — every rupee of ad spend must be justified by margin, not just revenue

Must have
- 3–5 years of hands-on Amazon PPC management experience
- Deep working knowledge of Amazon Ads console — campaign structure, bid strategies, targeting types, bulk operations
- Strong understanding of P&L impact: TACoS, contribution margin, break-even ACOS — not just surface metrics
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably, with numbers to back it up
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills — pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data cleaning
- Ability to interpret large datasets and translate them into clear decisions
- Familiarity with third-party PPC tools (Helium 10, DataDive, Scale Insights, or similar) is a strong plus
