This is a fully remote opportunity for a professional with strong experience in reporting modernization and business intelligence solutions. The primary objective of this role is to convert existing SSRS reports into Power BI Server reports, ensuring functional equivalency while leveraging current data sources, business logic, and report layouts whenever possible.
Requirements
- Advanced English level (B2/C1/C2) to ensure fluent communication with the customer.
- +5 years of proven experience as a BI Developer or Reporting Developer.
- Strong expertise with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and Power BI Server.
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Experience working with report migrations and modernization projects.
- Familiarity with AI-powered development or report conversion tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
