Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Windows Systems Engineer to manage, maintain, and optimize enterprise Windows infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, virtualization, automation, and cloud technologies. This role requires hands-on experience supporting large-scale production environments and ensuring high availability, security, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows Server environments across enterprise infrastructure.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and authentication services.
• Perform server installations, upgrades, migrations, and patch management.
• Configure and maintain VMware and Hyper-V virtualized environments.
• Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and operational efficiency.

• Support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Intune, and Entra ID environments.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve infrastructure issues.
• Implement security best practices, vulnerability remediation, and compliance controls.
• Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
• Collaborate with networking, cloud, security, and application teams on infrastructure projects.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure IaaS and Hybrid Cloud environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, and security tools.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code and automation tools.
• Understanding of storage technologies and SAN environments.
• Experience in financial services, healthcare, or regulated industries.

Experience

• 5+ years of Windows Systems Administration/Engineering experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise environments with 500+ servers.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
• Experience working in remote and distributed teams.
