Job Title: Business Intelligence Developer

Salary: From £35,802 dependent on experience
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop technical skills across the full breadth of the Business Intelligence landscape (ETL, Data Modelling, Reporting & Analytics)
- Gain an understanding of the development processes and standards and applying into day-to-day work, e.g. Agile working practices
- Contribute to business and project deliverables
- Contribute to the running of the Business Intelligence service through incident management, administration of user accounts, monitoring of batch jobs etc.
- Gain a functional understanding of business data, what it means and how to use it
- Customer management, soliciting requirements from stakeholders
Your Skills And Experiences
- Strong interest in data and analytics. Desire to commit to a technical role, developing your skills and knowledge
- Experience of working with data / reporting
- Leveraging and exploiting data for business value
- Aptitude for exploring and learning new technology
- SQL (advantageous)

As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will help manage and coordinate activities and participate in all aspects of the full project and systems lifecycle, ensuring the products implemented add value to the Submarines business and contribute to or influence the strategic direction of the business.
