Your responsibilities
We’re looking for a
Talent Acquisition Manager (F/M/D) to join our HR team and drive the growth of CELUS by hiring top talent for both technical and commercial roles. The role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, collaborative and passionate team, whilst allowing for professional growth and development in a fast paced, scaling business that is revolutionising electronics engineering design.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the full recruitment cycle for a variety of positions
- Developing creative and innovative active sourcing and outreach strategies to attract the best talent globally
- Business partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand their hiring needs and goals.
- Ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and providing personalized feedback to candidates.
- Using data to make informed decisions and provide recruitment analytics.
Your profile
- You have experience in talent acquisition or r ecruitment (agency or inhouse), including experience hiring both tech and non-tech roles
- You are confident in managing the end-to-end recruitment process and comfortable embracing recruiter tech tools
- You are curious and open to learning about other HR activities, including employer branding, relocation and adaptation
- Experience with international recruiting and hiring in the US is highly advantageous
- You have a proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
- You can multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
