We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our team in Richmond, VA, or we are open to remote work arrangements.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Design, develop, and implement cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure and Databricks platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
  • Implement quality controls and ensure data integrity, accuracy, and reliability throughout the cloud-based systems.
  • Optimize and fine-tune cloud-based solutions for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot cloud-based systems to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in cloud technologies, machine learning, and quality control practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

What we want you to have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4 - 5+ years of relevant experience in engineering, machine learning, technology, or a related area.
  • Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer, with a focus on Microsoft Azure and Databricks platforms.
  • Strong expertise in machine learning techniques, algorithms, and frameworks.
  • Experience in implementing quality controls and ensuring data integrity in cloud-based systems.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.
  • Familiarity with data engineering concepts and tools for data ingestion, transformation, and storage.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Total Rewards

The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $107,700.00 - $156,150.00 / annually.
