Yolcu360 is one of the largest car rental platforms in Turkey with its user-friendly interface and wide selection of cars. Bookcars is a global car rental platform that prioritizes customer satisfaction. For these two companies, we are looking for a professional to produce content in Turkish, English, and Spanish, develop and implement innovative SEO strategies.
Responsibilities:
Developing and Implementing SEO Strategies:
- Creating and implementing comprehensive and innovative SEO strategies to strengthen Yolcu360 and Bookcars' digital presence.
- Conduct and analyze keyword research and integrate it into the content strategy.
- Develop strategies to achieve high rankings in organic search engine results.
Technical SEO Optimization:
- Analyzing the technical SEO requirements of websites, identifying problems, and proposing solutions.
- Performing the necessary technical optimizations to improve site speed, mobile compatibility, and user experience.
- Ensuring that websites are continuously optimized by following search engine algorithm updates.
Content Production and Management:
- Managing the process of writing and editing SEO-friendly content in Turkish, English, and Spanish.
- Collaborating with content writers and editors to produce high-quality and engaging content.
- Create and implement content calendars for website, blog, social media, and other digital platforms.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare regular reports, and share the results with senior management.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of SEO campaigns and recommend strategic improvements.
Off-Page SEO Management:
- Develop link building strategies to obtain high-quality backlinks.
- Online reputation management and effective campaigns on social media and other digital platforms to increase brand awareness.
- To increase brand authority and credibility by conducting digital PR activities.
Team Management:
- Effectively collaborate with, guide, and motivate content writers, SEO specialists, and other relevant team members.
Internal and External Communication:
- Communicating effectively with different departments within the company and external agencies to ensure that projects are completed on time and budget.
Results Monitoring and Collaboration with the Software Team:
- Monitoring the effectiveness of SEO and content strategies and analyzing performance.
- Managing website development and optimization processes in close collaboration with the software team.
Continuous Improvement:
- Following the latest trends and best practices in SEO and digital marketing, constantly updating and transferring knowledge to the team.
Requirements:
Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in SEO management or a similar role.
Knowledge: Current SEO practices, knowledge of HTML/CSS, and web analysis tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, analytical thinking, and data analysis ability.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Certifications: SEO certifications from organizations such as Google, HubSpot, or Semrush.
Local SEO Knowledge: Knowledge of SEO and Google My Business optimization for local businesses.
Multilingual Ability: Fluent writing and speaking skills in Turkish, English, and Spanish.
Software Team Management Experience: Experience managing web development processes in collaboration with software teams.
