Are you an experienced Delivery Lead with a strong background in Operational Technology (OT) and a passion for leading multicultural teams? We have an exciting opportunity for you!

We are looking for a Delivery Lead (IT/OT) to drive initiatives focused on IT/OT integration and integrated digital environments across enterprise IT and plant operations, particularly within manufacturing systems, vertical integration, engineering, maintenance, and site services.

📍 Location: Hybrid (Madrid)

🕒 Schedule: Flexible working hours + Intensive Fridays

🌍 Language: English C1 (mandatory)

What will you do?

✅ Provide technical expertise, consultation, and guidance to the Product Team.

✅ Understand technical requirements and align deliverables with solution designs and architecture, collaborating closely with Solution Architects.

✅ Ensure the creation and maintenance of technical documentation and developed code within Azure DevOps.

✅ Support technical troubleshooting activities during implementation and maintenance phases, working closely with development teams.

✅ Drive continuous improvement by identifying impediments, gathering feedback, and promoting best practices and collaboration.

✅ Facilitate productive team ceremonies and meetings, encouraging open communication and innovation.

✅ Align new requirements with team capacity and priorities while providing visibility on team performance to stakeholders.

✅ Mentor and coach team members to ensure successful delivery and foster high-performing teams.

What are we looking for?

🔹 Mandatory: Strong background and hands-on experience in Operational Technology (OT) environments. Candidates without OT experience will not be considered.

🔹 Experience working with manufacturing systems and IT/OT integration initiatives.

🔹 Knowledge of automation systems such as MES, DCS, Batch systems, or similar environments.

🔹 Experience delivering projects related to SAP, Vertical Integration, CAE, IoT, or Mobile Solutions is highly valued.

🔹 Previous experience in Delivery Lead, Project Coordination, or similar leadership roles.

🔹 Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in multicultural environments.
