We’re looking for a detail-oriented specialist to own our Freshdesk support pipeline end to end—triaging tickets, coordinating with Development, and keeping internal stakeholders informed so every issue moves from report to resolution with speed and transparency.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in building scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js and modern frontend technologies. You will work closely with product, backend, and design teams to create intuitive and efficient user experiences for healthcare and practice management solutions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable, high-performance frontend applications using React.js.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend engineers to seamlessly integrate designs and REST APIs.
- Write clean, modular code, ensure cross-browser compatibility, and debug usability issues.
- Drive frontend architecture decisions, participate in technical planning, and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of strong experience with React.js, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and state management (Redux/Context API).
- 1+ years of proven experience building Software as a Service (SaaS) products.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, and frontend build tools (Vite/Webpack).
- Solid understanding of authentication flows (JWT), frontend security, and performance best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Git, collaborative development, and Agile/Scrum workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with TypeScript, Next.js, Docker, and building large-scale enterprise applications.
