The Opportunity
A stealth-stage, YC-backed consumer social start-up is hiring a Founding Engineer - a true partner to the founders to solo-build a real-time, AI-driven mobile platform. The hiring bar matches top-tier research and product labs.
The product launches in 2–3 weeks with a major, revenue-generating commercial partnership already secured. You will own the entire technical stack, scaling core features immediately and transitioning into leading engineering execution within 3–6 months.
Technical Stack & Responsibilities
- Mobile & Backend: Solo-build features across React Native (iOS primary) and Express/TypeScript backends.
- AI/LLM Pipelines: Engineer end-to-end LLM integrations, inference pipelines, prompt architectures, and structured-output schemas for messaging data.
- Infrastructure: Own real-time messaging, push notifications, and third-party integrations (Calendar, Booking APIs), while setting architecture for scale and latency.

Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
