Job Description
Do you build gaming PCs, run a homelab, fix everyone's tech, or secretly enjoy cable management?
Danucore is hiring AI Infrastructure Engineers for our site in Ballasalla, Isle of Man.
We are building high-performance AI compute infrastructure: GPU servers, NVMe storage, fast networking, Linux systems, racks, power, cooling, and all the physical engineering needed to make a real AI cluster work faster, cheaper, kinder, greener, and cleverer than the alternatives.

We are hiring at multiple levels, from practical juniors through to senior data centre and infrastructure engineers. You might already have years of experience in datacentres, networking, Linux infrastructure, HPC or GPU servers. Or you might be the person who builds gaming PCs, runs a homelab, and experiments with anything that has cables and blinking lights. Both routes are valid.
You don't need to have worked in AI before. You do need to love hardware, learn quickly, care about detail, and want to help build something serious.
What we offer: a competitive package tailored to your experience and capability, plus benefits and Isle of Man tax advantages. Hands-on work with GPU clusters and high-speed fabrics most engineers only read about. A start-up culture where you make a real difference from day one. Relocation support is available for the right candidate.

Permanent, full-time, on-site at Ballasalla. The Isle of Man operates its own work permit regime; candidates without an existing right to work in the Isle of Man should indicate this in their application.
No CV needed to apply: the application is a conversational AI assessment of your hands-on experience (20–45 minutes) that covers all levels. Have your work history and any public links (GitHub, homelab write-ups, build photos) to hand.
Apply via the candidate portal (sole application route): https://ai.danucore.com/auth?job=ai-infrastructure-engineer
Applications close at midnight on Friday, 26 June 2026.
