About The Role

We are seeking a hands-on Lead React / TypeScript Developer to join an agile development team working on a cutting-edge Progressive Web App (PWA). In this role, you will not only drive complex front-end development but also mentor senior engineers and collaborate closely with a Principal Engineer. You will be working at the intersection of modern UI development and AI/API orchestration.

Technical Stack

Frontend: React 19, TypeScript 5, CSS (modern methodologies)

State & Data: TanStack (Query, Router, or Table), NodeJS

DevOps & Tools: GitHub, Docker

Responsibilities:

Lead & Mentor: Guide 2 Senior Engineers and collaborate with 1 Principal Engineer. Review code, enforce best practices, and elevate the team''''s technical expertise.

Develop: Design, code, and implement new features for a high-performance PWA using React 19 and TypeScript 5.

Integrate: Work with API and AI orchestration layers to connect front-end applications to backend services.

Automate & Optimize: Analyze client requirements, resolve workflow bottlenecks, and implement automation solutions.

Test & Maintain: Utilize automated testing tools to ensure quality, reliability, and maintainability of all code.
