Job Purpose

YSI is looking for a detail-oriented and growth-focused organic marketing specialist to join our fast-growing and highly innovative team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting organic growth, content optimisation and digital discoverability across a dynamic digital business operating in the high-growth US market. You'll work closely with performance, creative, analytics and product teams to improve visibility, engagement and conversion performance across web and app channels.

We're looking for someone who is analytical, organised and passionate about digital content, search optimisation and growth. The ideal candidate enjoys working across multiple projects, spotting optimisation opportunities and using data-driven insights to improve performance across content and organic acquisition initiatives.

In this role, you'll support SEO, ASO and content optimisation activities across web and app environments, helping drive scalable organic growth and improve the overall user acquisition ecosystem.

Search is changing fast. AI-generated content, AI Overviews, evolving SERP formats and shifting user behaviour mean the old playbook is already out of date. We need someone who is excited by that, not threatened by it.

Areas of Responsibility

SEO & ASO

  • Develop and execute an organic growth strategy across web and app properties and content environments
  • Support on-page optimisation including metadata, internal linking and content structure
  • Coordinate website optimisation initiatives and technical SEO recommendations
  • Drive progressive change with AIO-focused ideas and delivery, continually adapting to the changing search landscape
  • Manage the US multi-state strategy using localisation tactics to improve exposure and conversion rates

Content & CMS Management

  • Support website and app content updates across CMS platforms
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on content delivery, quality assurance and optimisation
  • Maintain strong content governance and documentation standards

Reporting & Analysis

  • Monitor SEO, ASO and AIO performance metrics and provide actionable reporting insights
  • Analyse competitor activity, ranking changes and optimisation opportunities
  • Work closely with analytics teams to support performance tracking and attribution alignment
  • Support reporting validation and operational QA across SEO and content activities

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in SEO, ASO and content optimisation
  • Familiarity with traditional keyword research tools as well as new-age AI content optimization tools, LLM behavior tracking and prompt engineering principles
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, content optimisation principles and organic growth strategies
  • Experience with modern CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, headless CMS) and app store consoles
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities within fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience within the gaming industry is highly preferred
