Key Responsibilities

Create and edit visual assets, including AI image generation and editing, and design in Figma.

Every week we ship chef-crafted personalized meals that are gluten-free, dairy-free, refined-sugar-free, and made without inflammatory seed oils, to people who care deeply about what goes into their bodies and want measurable results from it.


This is not another generic healthy food brand. We hold a registered "Food is Medicine" trademark and published a clinical study with Stanford in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition. Our customers are ambitious families, high performers, and people serious about metabolic health who will pay a premium for superior food, a superior experience, and outcomes they can feel.

The Role

Reports to Julie Nguyen, CEO and Co-founder. A cross-channel role for someone who is both a strong creative and a rigorous analyst. You will move between paid social, email, SMS, influencer partnerships, and organic Instagram, and pick up the next high-leverage channel as it emerges. One day you are sweating a campaign headline. The next you are in a spreadsheet pulling apart cohort performance to decide where the next dollar goes.


You will own outcomes, not tasks. Fully remote, trusted to drive things forward, make the call, move the metrics you own, and bring solutions instead of problems. If you need oversight to do great work, this is not your seat. If you have been waiting for a place to run hard without anyone slowing you down, it is.


The Metrics You'll Move

This role is built around retention, our single biggest growth lever, and the efficiency of every acquisition dollar. You will be measured on customer lifetime value, acquisition efficiency, and contribution to margin, not top-of-funnel vanity volume. If you think in cohorts and payback, not just impressions, you will fit.  This company is built to last. 


What You'll Own
  • Cross-channel campaigns, end to end. Paid social media buying, email, SMS, affiliate partnerships, and organic Instagram, with room to take on new channels as we grow.
  • Creative and quant in one person. Produce work that looks and feels premium, then prove what worked with accurate analysis. We need correct conclusions from the data, not pretty charts that say nothing.
  • Copy that converts and reads human. Campaign copy, lifecycle email, SMS, and clean professional emails to external partners.
  • Visual assets. Create and edit creative, including AI image generation and editing, and design in Figma.
  • Production support. Help plan and keep photo and video shoots on track (a real plus, see below).

Required Skills
  • 8+ years in online marketing with real depth across multiple digital channels.
  • Hands-on across paid social and media buying, email, SMS, affiliate partnerships, and organic Instagram.
  • Figma proficiency.
  • Advanced AI user, fluent with Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or ChatGPT, and thoughtful about how to use them well. Use AI to draft, ideate, and pressure-test, but every public-facing word ships reading like a person wrote it. Nothing we publish should look AI-generated.
  • Expert-level Excel and spreadsheets.
  • AI image generation and editing.
  • Native-level US English writing.
Nice to Have
  • Project management of photo and video shoots.
  • A track record building or scaling brands in food, nutrition, wellness, or premium DTC.
