Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our clients Marketing team and bring ideas to life across digital and print channels. This role is ideal for someone who can quickly translate strategy into high-impact visuals while maintaining exceptional quality and brand consistency. The right candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates seamlessly with cross-functional partners, and has a sharp eye for detail.
This role is part time 20-30hrs per week. The role is fully remote with an occasional in office meeting in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Design
- Create web assets including landing page graphics, banners, hero images, icons, and UI elements aligned with brand and conversion goals
- Design email graphics for campaigns, newsletters, and promotions, optimized for mobile and performance
- Produce social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube), including static, carousel, and light motion assets
- Maintain consistent brand identity while tailoring designs to platform best practices
- Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance design workflows and asset creation
- Apply and uphold the company’s brand and style guidelines
Print Design

- Develop brochures, trifolds, and other sales/marketing collateral
- Design branded merchandise and swag with print-ready specifications
- Create event materials including booth graphics, signage, banners, and conference collateral
- Prepare files for production, coordinate with vendors, and ensure quality and color accuracy
Workflow & Collaboration
- Deliver high-quality design assets quickly (often within 45–60 minutes)
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Partner with marketing, content, web, and leadership teams to execute creative concepts
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and organize shared design assets
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of experience across digital and print design
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of digital and print work
- Deep understanding of print production and digital design best practices
- Proven ability to produce high-quality work quickly
