About the Role
Qulture is hiring a Creative Director to lead bold, social-first creative concepts for beauty, fragrance, fashion, and lifestyle clients. This is a senior, hands-on creative leadership role for someone who can operate at both the big-idea level and in the details of execution.
The Creative Director will lead concept development, visual expression, campaign ideation, creative presentations, and client-facing creative strategy. This person will oversee and collaborate with internal creative talent, including senior art direction and design, while helping push the agency’s creative perspective forward.
This role is ideal for a creative leader from an agency background who is deeply tapped into social culture, influencer culture, beauty codes, emerging digital behavior, and AI-generated creative tools.
What You’ll Do
- Lead creative concepting and design development from brainstorm through client presentation.
- Own the creative vision across digital, social, experiential, influencer, and content production projects.
- Translate client briefs into fresh, elevated, culture-forward concepts.
- Present creative ideas clearly and confidently to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Oversee the creative process from concept through final delivery, ensuring work meets client objectives and agency standards.
- Provide leadership and creative direction to designers, art directors, creators, production partners, photographers, and directors.
- Bring a strong point of view while remaining flexible to client needs, brand codes, and project objectives.
- Push clients creatively while staying grounded in strategy, feasibility, and brand relevance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with account, influencer, social, production, and leadership teams.
- Stay close to cultural movements, visual trends, digital platforms, creator behaviors, and emerging AI tools.

What We’re Looking For
- 8–10+ years of creative, advertising, or design agency experience at a senior level.
- 4–5+ years of demonstrated creative leadership experience preferred.
- Strong background in beauty is essential; fashion, fragrance, wellness, and lifestyle experience are strong pluses.
- Proven experience leading social-first, digital-first, influencer, content, and campaign creative.
- Portfolio required, showing a range of relevant creative work and visual thinking.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate creative concepts to clients.
- Deep understanding of social platforms, especially Meta, TikTok, creator culture, and digital best practices.
- Strong design sensibility, visual taste, and ability to work within existing brand codes while pushing creative boundaries.
- Experience developing creative presentations, preferably in Keynote; Figma experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere.
- Comfort with short-form video or motion storytelling through After Effects or Premiere.
- Interest in AI tools and creative workflows, including tools such as Midjourney, Claude, ChatGPT, Notion, Artlist, Eagle, Flim, and other emerging platforms.

Work Environment
This is a fully remote role. Candidates should be comfortable working independently in a remote agency environment while remaining highly collaborative, responsive, and client-facing. The role may involve virtual client presentations and occasional in-person meetings or production-related travel if needed.
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: Approximately $180,000 annually
- Full-time employees are eligible for health, dental, and vision benefits after 90 days.
- Vacation eligibility is based on tenure and backdated to the employee’s start date after the initial eligibility period.
- Candidates should have a strong home working environment, reliable WiFi, and a quiet space for client calls. A laptop and access to company software may be provided.
