About The Role

We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our existing team. As this is a junior role, we do not expect you to be a fully seasoned expert, but hope that you have some prior experience and know-how from analytics and reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform analysis on large sets of data to extract impactful insights. Support defining the data collection needs.
- Build visual dashboards in a BI tool (Tableau) in cooperation with our designers and partners.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to different teams and audiences, so to make product and usage data understandable, with dashboards and through exploratory analysis.
- Provide recommendations from data presentation point-of-view to visualize specified use cases.
What are we looking for?
- Some prior experience with analytics tools (such as Pandas and SQL), coding skills (such as Python or R) and visualization and reporting (Tableau).
- Master's or bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Computer Science or related field.
- Some of your work experience has provided you with a good understanding of numbers, and a strong business sense for business performance drivers. As well as being able to contribute to improving Data structures and data collection.
- Experience in drafting craft compelling and clear narratives using data and able to come up with solutions, recommendations, next steps, insights.
- Skilled in tackling loosely defined challenges, working both independently and as part of a cross-functional analytics and strategy team.

- You have a visual eye to convey a story through different performance metrics presentation styles (e.g. cohort analysis, feature usage correlation to revenue, behavioral analysis).
