Job Description
Product Director opportunity with an established B2B software business to lead a significant product transformation. This is a remote-based role within Europe.
The company has a strong enterprise customer base, international reach and a product used by teams managing customer relationships, engagement and retention at scale. The next phase is about moving with more pace and discipline: evolving towards a more repeatable, scalable SaaS product model, with clearer positioning, stronger commercial packaging and a sharper view of how AI can create customer value.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to shape the product agenda, not simply manage a roadmap. You’ll define where the product goes next, build the product operating model, strengthen product marketing and positioning, and align senior leadership, engineering and commercial teams around a clearer product strategy.
The brief is broad, commercial and visible. You’ll need to bring structure without slowing the business down, challenge legacy ways of working, and turn customer evidence, market insight and product data into better decisions.
The role
You’ll own the product agenda across strategy, roadmap, discovery, delivery, pricing, packaging, positioning and adoption.
Key areas of focus will include:
- defining a clear product vision and translating it into a practical multi-horizon roadmap
- helping the business evolve towards a more repeatable, scalable SaaS product model
- building the product operating model across Product, Product Marketing and UX/Research
- sharpening the product narrative, value proposition and market positioning
- shaping modern SaaS packaging and AI-enabled propositions
- improving commercial product strategy across monetisation, retention and expansion
- creating stronger links between customer insight, usage data and roadmap decisions
- partnering closely with engineering, sales, marketing, delivery and customer success
- influencing senior leadership on product priorities, trade-offs and investment choices
- representing the product with strategic customers and external stakeholders
- helping teams operate with more pace, clarity and commercial focus

What they’re looking for
You’ll likely be a senior product leader from a B2B SaaS environment selling into enterprise or mid-market customers.
Experience in customer engagement, CRM, marketing technology, data platforms or another commercially complex SaaS category would be relevant.
You should possess:
- strong product leadership experience in B2B SaaS
- evidence of leading product transformation, not just steady-state product management
- experience scaling a product organisation, product team or product operating model
- strong commercial judgement around pricing, packaging, retention, expansion and product-led growth

- experience improving product positioning, product marketing or market narrative
- comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-change environment with imperfect information
- a practical, commercial view on how AI can improve product value, packaging and customer outcomes
- clear communication and the ability to align teams around a strong product story
- fluency in English and experience working across international markets
