We're looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our growing team and help us scale website design and creative production for our clients. You'll design desktop and mobile wireframes that bring client visions to life, work hand-in-hand with our web developers to ensure flawless execution, and support our Paid Ads Manager with high-performing ad creative and graphic design.

This is a role for someone who lives in Figma, thinks visually, and has already figured out how to make AI part of their creative process.

What You'll Do

Core Responsibilities

• Design desktop and mobile wireframes for client websites that follow each client's theme guidelines and brand vision
• Collaborate closely with our web developers to ensure designs translate cleanly into final builds
• Create ad creative and graphic design assets based on briefs from our Paid Ads Manager
• Use AI image tools to accelerate creative production and explore visual directions quickly
• Support full-funnel campaigns with cohesive creative across web, social, and ads
• Document your design files clearly so developers and team members can work from them without friction
• Contribute to how we use AI in creative workflows agency-wide
• Take on more senior creative direction work as we grow

Must-Have Qualifications

• Strong Figma expertise — this is mandatory
• Proven ability to design responsive desktop and mobile experiences
• A strong portfolio showing UI/UX work, ad creative, and graphic design
• Comfort designing within existing brand guidelines while elevating the work
• Strong written and verbal communication — clarity matters here
• A reliable, capable computer and internet setup for design work
• Fluent use of AI image tools in your creative process

What Makes You Stand Out

• Adobe Illustrator proficiency
• Video editing and motion design skills
• Experience designing for Shopify, WordPress, or Webflow builds
• Heavy, fluent use of AI tools (image generation, prompt engineering, creative automation)
• Past success creating ad creative that performed (please share examples and results if you can)
• Agency experience

This is a full-time contract role, but we're looking for someone we can grow with. We're scaling, and the right person will have plenty of room to grow with us.
