Seasonal Concept Designer

We are seeking an Associate Concept Designer to support the development and execution of seasonal concept work for the Female business. The role focuses on trend research, concept development, and creation of seasonal storytelling materials aligned to brand direction.

This is a 40-hour per week, 6-month contract, 100% remote role.

This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and a 401K are offered.

Responsibilities

Conduct trend and market research across fashion, retail, culture, and competitive brands.

Support development of seasonal themes, big ideas, key items, and trend reporting.

Create mood boards, trend decks, and concept presentations.

Translate macro trends into customer-relevant concepts through the brand lens.

Support concept content creation and delivery across multiple seasons.

Requirements

Fashion design degree with 5+ years of concept experience in the industry.

Strong aesthetic sense with understanding of trend, color, and fashion concepts.

Experience creating presentations and mood boards.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Understanding of concept development from trend research through seasonal storytelling

Compensation: $42/hr. - $47.5/hr.
