A well-established CySEC-regulated investment firm specialising in bonds and securities is seeking a System Administrator to support and maintain its IT infrastructure, ensuring high levels of system performance, security, and reliability across business-critical operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows and Linux server environments

• Install, configure, and support server and network infrastructure

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware and software issues

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls

• Perform backups, disaster recovery testing, and business continuity procedures

• Maintain network services including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN

• Ensure infrastructure security and compliance with regulatory requirements

• Provide day-to-day IT support to internal teams

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of System Administration experience

• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux environments

• Experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V virtualization technologies

• Solid understanding of networking protocols and infrastructure

• Experience with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Russian language skills would be considered an advantage

• Gross salary of €2,500 - €3,000 per month (x12)
