What You'll Do
As our Social Media Manager, you will take complete ownership of our Instagram presence, driving brand positioning, engagement, and organic lead generation.
- Content Leadership: Lead the planning and execution of short-form video content (Reels, Stories, behind-the-scenes), ensuring it aligns with our broader organic growth strategy.
- Calendar Management: Own and manage the Instagram content calendarโincluding content direction, posting strategy, high-converting captions, and targeted hashtags.
- Growth & Lead Gen: Run social media marketing campaigns and optimization strategies specifically designed to generate high-quality sales leads and increase our follower base.
- Trend & AI Integration: Monitor fast-moving social trends and cultural moments, leveraging cutting-edge AI productivity tools for quick ideation, planning, and rapid content execution.
- Data & Analytics: Deeply track content metrics (views, saves, shares, profile visits) across Instagram and YouTube, deriving actionable insights to continuously pivot and refine our reach.
- Repurposing Content: Guide the development team in repurposing event footage and webinars into platform-optimized, bite-sized assets that maximize organic reach.
Who You Are & What You Bring
- Experience Profile: 8โ10 years of strong experience in social media management and B2C marketing pipelines. Experience driving growth for an educational or EdTech brand is highly preferred.
- Platform & Sales Expertise: Excellent understanding of Instagram and YouTube algorithms, platform dynamics, audience personas, and organic lead generation funnels.
- Tool Kit: Proven familiarity with design and editing workflows. Hands-on basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Meta Business Suite, and advanced analytic platforms is required.
- AI-Forward: Exceptionally comfortable using AI tools to streamline content workflows, scriptwriting, and performance analysis.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong leadership capability, and sharp coordination skills to effectively manage remote content workflows.
- Education: Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
