As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an ambitious Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness, generate qualified opportunities and support our sales objectives across the UK and international markets
Role Overview
This is a full-time remote role responsible for developing and executing Wyre Solutions' marketing strategy. The successful candidate will manage campaigns across digital channels, events, content marketing and partner marketing activities, with a strong focus on lead generation and pipeline growth.
Working closely with the sales and leadership teams, you will help position Wyre Solutions as the partner of choice for IFS Cloud services, support and transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy and campaign plans.
- Generate qualified leads and support sales pipeline growth.
- Manage digital marketing activities including website, email, SEO and social media.
- Create and oversee marketing content including case studies, blogs, white papers and customer success stories.
- Plan and coordinate webinars, exhibitions, conferences and industry events.
- Manage partner marketing initiatives with IFS and other strategic partners.
- Support account-based marketing campaigns targeting key prospects.
- Maintain and develop the Wyre Solutions brand across all channels.
- Track campaign performance, analyse results and optimise marketing activity.
- Manage external agencies, suppliers and creative resources where required.
- Work closely with sales to align messaging, campaigns and lead nurturing activities.
- Produce regular reports on marketing performance, pipeline contribution and return on investment.

Skills and Experience
Essential
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a B2B marketing role.
- Proven experience delivering successful lead generation campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing and social media.
- Experience managing websites, email marketing and SEO initiatives.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Commercial mindset with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
Desirable
- Experience within ERP, SaaS, Technology or Professional Services.
- Knowledge of IFS, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or other ERP solutions.
- Experience marketing to Construction, Engineering, Manufacturing or Utilities sectors.
- Experience with Account Based Marketing (ABM).
- Experience managing industry events and exhibitions.
