Job Overview / Purpose Statement
The BI Analyst is responsible for executing the daily analytics processes that ensure accurate, timely, and actionable data for Fountain Forward and its clients. This role combines data entry, reporting, and analysis execution. Specialists maintain dashboards, process data from multiple sources, and deliver standardized reports. Accuracy and efficiency are critical, as this role provides the foundation for all insights used by Seniors, the Director, and client-facing teams.
Responsibilities & Duties
Data Entry & Processing
- Prepare, compile, and verify data from CRM, GA4, inventory feeds, offline events, and competitor pools.
- Enter and update data in Fountain Tracker, ADF Templates, BM templates, and client trackers.
- Ensure accuracy by following SOP techniques and flagging discrepancies.
Reporting & Analytics Execution
- Generate Forward Progress Reports (FPRs) within SLA.
- Update dashboards (Fountain Forward Portal, Slides, AES, ASA, FPR Dashboards).
- Produce ad performance reports for Meta Ads (twice weekly) and Google Ads (monthly).
- Deliver ad hoc reports and discretionary client requests in collaboration with Seniors.
- Guide goal-pacing sessions to focus on prioritizing the actionable data dealerships need to attain their sales targets.
- Analyse campaign and advertising results to provide insights and recommendations during pod calls. Use cross-channel reviews to inform budget allocation decisions, address performance issues for struggling clients, and improve overall outcomes through strategic budget assignment.

Process Compliance
- Follow templates, SOPs, and process characterizations for each deliverable.
- Ensure requests and reports are completed within SLA timelines.
- Document tasks in ClickUp for visibility and traceability.

Collaboration
- Work with CSMs and PMs to gather client requirements for reports.
- Collaborate with Client Success Managers (CSMs), Project Managers (PMs), and Search and Social Media Analysts during pod meetings to coordinate task requirements, ensuring the establishment of definitive project scopes, deliverables, and timelines.
- Coordinate with Tech & Innovation to troubleshoot data pipelines and dashboards.
- Support Seniors in process improvements by providing feedback on execution challenges.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4).
- Ability to process large datasets with accuracy and speed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under time constraints.
